Erica Day is an entrepreneur and Bible teacher who helps Christian women live out their faith in every part of life. She is the founder of Faithful Femme Noir and Faithful Femme Noir Society on Skool, a discipleship and strategy community for women who want Scripture to shape their identity, relationships, and work. Erica creates Christ centered digital products and community spaces that honor God and intentionally represent Black women while welcoming women of every background.

She is an entrepreneur and Bible teacher whose mission is to help Christian women build lives that are anchored in the Word of God, not in trends or feelings. Through Faithful Femme Noir, she designs Christ centered digital products, Bible studies, and resources that call women to deeper faith, resilience, and obedience.

She also leads Faithful Femme Noir Society, a Skool based community for women who want sound teaching, real accountability, and practical support as they follow Christ in their homes, churches, and work. Many of the women in the Society are building side businesses, ministries, or creative projects, and Erica equips them to think biblically about calling, stewardship, and how they show up online, including with tools like AI.

Erica is especially committed to representing and serving Black women in her branding and offers, while welcoming any woman who desires to live boldly for Christ and reflect Him in how she lives, creates, and serves.
